Do I need a reservation?
Yes. All rentals must be booked online in advance to ensure your trailer is available for your selected dates.
What do I need to rent a trailer?
You’ll need:
- A valid driver’s licence
- A vehicle capable of safely towing the trailer
- A suitable trailer hitch and electrical connector
- Payment at the time of booking
What size hitch ball do I need?
Each trailer listing specifies the required hitch ball size and electrical connector. Please make sure your vehicle is equipped before pickup.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes. Every trailer has a maximum payload capacity. Please refer to the individual trailer page for specifications and never exceed the rated capacity.
Can I pick up or return the trailer outside business hours?
Pickup and return times are available during our posted business hours and are selected during the booking process.
Can someone else pick up the trailer for me?
No. The person who made the reservation must be present with valid identification unless prior arrangements have been approved.
What happens if I return the trailer late?
Late returns may result in additional rental charges, especially if another customer has reserved the trailer. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re running late.
What if the trailer is damaged during my rental?
Please notify us immediately. Customers are responsible for damage in accordance with the Rental Agreement.
Do you deliver trailers?
At this time, trailers are available for pickup and return in Apsley only.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Our cancellation policy is outlined in the Rental Agreement and during checkout before you complete your booking.
